Looks like Christmas Early

Good morning,
Looks like we're heading into Bitter cold more like north pole... We had a touch of snow last night, Nancy and I woke up to a white blanket, But the predictions by meteorologist say we're in for a doozy, We are somewhat prepared for a couple weeks anyway , It looks like it could be the " PERFECT STORM" with a mix of rain from the ocean and the double WHAMMY of cold frgid air pushing down the Columbia river and through the valley floor, We will be hit by them together on Sunday, stay tuned!!

Nancy and I, picked up a Noble Christmas tree, which we plan on decorating through the weekend. We plan on having Christmas festivities here at the Rancho Cueto, with family, and friends. We are doing a high tea in afternoon, and dinner with the group, we are telling all that we are planning a no gift exchange, but have a gathering of fun with no stress ,( open house W/ Cheer and music) Sipping hot cider, hot tea, and chocalate with all the treats.

Hope you all have a great one, and stay in touch!!!! Pat C.

We saw some outdoor furniture at Pennys when we had the grandkids w/ us, and decided that since we did all that work landscaping, that it was only fitting to buy the furniture. Our visit w/Kathy @ Theo ,Easter

Happy Easter too one and All,

Just got back from trip at Zion, Bryce Canyon & Las Vegas, and what a sight to see. The weather was great up into the high 70s and down into the mid 20s up high in bryce which is over the 12000 ' into snow. We saw much wildlife, and beautiful terrain, rich in vivid color. Lots of waterfalls, and strange hoodoo shapes and sizes. Spent our 2nd night camping in Zion down into the 20s there, and our air bed blew, rather rough night of sleep, got up next morning went to Bryce, fairly nice weather, but started snowing, so we where unable to hike into the trails, but whereable to view from above. We decided to bail on sleeping in van , to cold so we tried to stay in Utah St. George, full up with golf tournament, so we tried Arizona, filled with soccer tournament, So we drove into Vegas and very pricey, 163.00 night at fairfield marriot, nice place and got last room there, Vegas has lots of hotels but fill up on weekends...

We had nice weather here yesterday with sunshine, outside all day, had Kathy and Theo visit her Dad and us. They just left this morning on there way back home where theo will attend a air force training camp. The girls went to L.A. to visit my Mom and family, and also attend concert there. We will have Val and Ryan later today for Easter dinner, and will discuss future trips this spring and summer. I know you have planned some sand buggy trips, keep us informed of when and where. This time of year it a must that I get away from all the tree pollen and grass alergies, so give us a ring, and would love to hook up..... Happy Easter from the CUETOS

Hello Family andFriends

Its been awhile, I'm here at home writing on our home unit, finally just linked up, and still getting use to our own home computer. We are linked up with Qwest DSL. I just got back last week from 10 days helping my Mom with a little remodel, and redoing another yard, that she loves dearly , She really enjoys gardening. Just got back from U of Oregon vs. Stanford B.B. mens game with Jennifer, awesome win for the smaller team.... I also went too the Cal. game Nancy bought me 4 tickets for christmas present, I took Ryan and 2 friends. I miss going surfing in Calif. Mom is so close, but got 4 days of great surf, boy did I get sore, out of shape, but got some fun rides. My next goal is to get Phil linked up, I'm just learning about these systems, we have a wireless internetand he should be close enough to tag onto our line. We'll get cracking on this next. I spent this weekend repairing, a service line which blew from a 2 " crack in our water service on Saturday, and sunday rewired a new hot water heater in our utility room. Busy AAAA!!!! Everyone says hello! Talk to all later P.C.
